Okay Everyone, We need your help!

We have just learned that in coordination with National Adoption Month, The Chapel would like to do a 2-Sunday focus on adoption/orphans & our ministry. In order to make this an effective spotlight, we need your help. Here is what we need:
1. Please send a picture of your family or your children (you choose) to be included on presentation boards that will be displayed at the Akron and Green Campuses. Pictures must be received by TUESDAY OCTOBER 28, sorry no exceptions.
2. Also, on Sunday November 2 and Sunday November 16, we need people from our group to stand at Woven Together tables at the Akron and Green Campuses, all venues. Whether or not you attend at The Chapel or whether or not you have already adopted we need you. Here are the time slots/locations:
Akron Campus Sunday Nov. 2 and Nov. 16:
- Table setup outside Worship Center, 8:45 am-
- Representatives at table following 9am service and until 10:40 service begins, Worship Center
- Table setup outside Resonate, 8:45 am-
- Representatives at Resonate Table, following 9am service and then take down table-
- Representatives following 10:40 service at Worship Center-
- Representatives following illuminate service (which starts at 6:40pm) and to take down table-
Green Campus Sunday Nov. 2 and Nov. 16:
- Table setup outside Worship Center, 8:45 am-
- Representatives at table following 9am service and until 10:40 service begins, Worship Center-
- Representatives following 10:40 service and take down table-
Please email to info@woventogether.org right away with the following:
FIRST-A picture, if you’d like to be included on the display boards about our group
SECOND-The dates, times and locations you can help represent our group, hand out brochures, etc.. :-)
Many of us have been praying for an All-Church spotlight on God’s love for orphans and adoption for many years. We are so thankful and excited to have this window of opportunity to show God’s providence and goodness in our lives and the lives of our children. We have no idea how far-reaching the impact of these tables, the sermon, or the spotlight will be. Please come be a part.
